When the material is in contact with hot air (energy-saving dryer drying medium) in the preheating stage, the hot air will transfer heat to the surface of the material. At this time, because the heat transferred to the surface of the material per unit time is far greater than the heat required for the surface moisture to evaporate, the surface temperature of the material rises rapidly. When the wet bulb temperature of the hot air is reached, the heat transferred from the hot air to the surface of the material per unit time It is equal to the heat required to evaporate the moisture on the surface of the material. Reach equilibrium. During the preheating phase, the moisture in the material is decreasing. The surface temperature is increasing. The drying rate of energy-saving dryers is constantly increasing. The warm-up period is very short and not much water is removed.

However, at present, the temperature of hot air at the inlet of most dryers in cement plants is relatively low, and even the temperature of downstream dryers is only about ℃. Therefore, within the range allowed by the cylinder, the hot air inlet temperature is greatly increased. Is not feasible. So what are the specific implementation plans? Energy-saving dryer constant-speed drying stage In the energy-saving dryer drying release, the dry operation stage of the material's energy-saving dryer drying rate remains unchanged is called the constant-speed energy-saving dryer drying stage. During the drying stage of the machine, due to the large water content of the material, the internal moisture of the material easily diffuses to the surface. The migration rate of the internal moisture of the material to the surface can adapt to the vaporization rate of the moisture on the surface of the material, making the surface of the material wet by unbound water. The heat rate and water vaporization rate remain unchanged. The drying speed of the energy-saving dryer at this stage has nothing to do with the particle size of the material and the initial moisture content of the basin, but is related to the drying temperature, the humidity of the air, and the speed and direction of the air flow. Its characteristic is that the surface is always kept wet. The temperature of the material does not rise, and the unbound water in the material is excluded.
